We custom fabricate our own tube steel wall support beams at our warehouse to fit each individual basement situation, making it unnecessary to relocate ducts, electrical conduits, water pipes, etc. Strictly following the specifications designed by a structural engineer ensures no future wall movement after the repair is completed. Walls that are less than 1" out of plumb can be reinforced without the need for excavation

  Waterproof Sealant Applied

After sealing any cracks in the wall with hydraulic cement, we generously coat the walls by hand below grade to keep the water OUT (no thin spray products used here), The drain tile is installed and connected to the bleeders and stone fill to within 18" of grade is added to insure proper drainage

Topsoil graded away from the house completes the process
